The College of Arts & Sciences at DSU will
hold a Model United Nations simulation of a UN general assembly,
on April 11, 2011, from 9:30-2:30,
in the Events Center at the Dakota
Prairie Playhouse.
The goals of Model
United Nations activities are to

1) increase understanding of, curiosity about, and empathy
for people from other countries
2) develop skills and awareness needed for effective
intercultural communication
3) increase awareness of issues of international interest and
concern. |
