November Meeting Minutes

Holiday Raffle Fund Raiser

• Contact businesses to donate a prize. Sarah has the list of businesses of who needs to be contacted.
• Roxanna will design the raffle tickets.
• Sarah will design poster.
• Tickets will be sold $1 for each ticket and $5 for six tickets.
• Drawing for prizes will be held December 11, 2007 during the potluck.

Holiday Potluck – Tuesday December 11, 2007

• 5:00PM Mundt Library lower level.
• If you are unsure of what item of food to bring you can e-mail Roxanna with an idea at a later date.
• Bring two presents.  One present will be an “elephant” gift. Another should be a “nice” gift. There is a $5.00 limit on the gifts. 

A day with Santa

• Roxanna will find out date.
• Project packets with oriental trading
• Lynn and Nikki will research the crafts.
