HIM Club meeting 9/19/01

Present: Angi Powell, Melinda Alfson, Stacy Smidt, Lynn Breiter, Jillian Wagner, Jill Degen, Mandy Medema, Katie Carson, Jennifer Horstman, Sheryl Tieszen, Lindsey Rice, Dorine Bennett, Joyce Havlik

Homecoming is October 1-7 the theme is "DSU Flashback, Glimses in Time". The plan as of right now is doing a float with people from the 30's, 40's, 50's and so on. If any of you have any other ideas please let Jill Degen know.

Adopt-A-Highway is set for Tuesday September 25, @4:30. We'll meet in front of Dorine's office. Please come and help....we get pizza afterwards.

The Wellness Fair is October 10, and the HIM club is in charge of Height/Weight. Sign up sheet will be in room 8 when date approaches.  Lynn Breiter will check with the Health Nurse to see what needs to be done.

HIM week is November 4-10 and the theme is "Celebrate, Innovate, Educate".  Jill Wagner, Angi Powell, and Lindsey Rice will be in charge of planning the weekly events and ordering prizes for the week's contests.

We discussed the Wall of Fame and Joyce was going to possibly pick the sign up on Sun.  If any of you would like to help with the details contact Lynn Breiter.
