Agenda: 

Club trip to Omaha

Alegent Lakeside Hospital and the afternoon at NE Heart Institute in Omaha on April 4.

Lynn will contact Donelle for locations and find rooms nearby

We will then send out an email so everyone knows what the out of pocket costs will be

Budget – Nikki and Roxanna will get together on Monday, March 10 to prepare next year’s budget

officer election? 

Not enough people to vote – check bylaws regarding absentee ballot for election or possible voting online through email.

who is running for what office?

Offices to fill are President, Vice President, Secretary, treasurer, fund raiser, historian

Nominations:  Alissa – VP or any other position

                        Sarah – fund raiser or any other position

                        Roxanna – Pres. or any other position

                        Donnelle – will accept lower position

If anyone else is interested in a position let Roxanna know so you can be added to the ballot

highway cleanup –

April 8, meet in Library parking at 3:30.  We will work cleanup for a couple of hours and

Eat afterwards at Pizza Ranch.  Everyone welcome to help.

SF project – Sarah will schedule dates and arrange for as many people as possible

Mitchell project  -

Plan to go to Mitchell to finish project on Thursday March 7

Banquet – Alissa will call Nicky’s to schedule for April 22

Brian Phinney from Queen of peace Hospital in Mitchell has agreed to speak.  Roxanna will email him with a specific topic of:  his experience with IT in HIM
