The film Festival is a chance for students, faculty and members of the community to showcase their talent behind or in front of the camera, even animation!

All entries are due by April 30th.

The showcase is May 3rd in the Science Center at Dakota State University.

Official Competition Rules

1. The festival is open to all filmmakers and/or creative people.  This includes but is not limited to nonresidents of Madison, residents of Madison, DSU Faculty and Staff, and all DSU and non DSU students.
2. All entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Participant’s Agreement for them.
3. The entry fee (per film) to participate is $20.
4. By signing the Participants Agreement, the Entrant agrees to abide by all provisions of this document and the decisions of the DSU Drama Club and any panel of judges, which decisions are final and binding in all respects.
5. By registering for the film festival you give the DSU Drama Club the right to show your film in a viewing of all the competition contestants and an audience as part of a DSU Drama Club fundraiser.
