New Members

                  Purpose of Delta Mu Delta

      • Must have 3.2 GPA with 60+ credits
      • It’s a national organization for the top business administrative students
      • Pay a one time fee of $50 for a lifetime membership and receive a certificate and pin
      • Local dues each semester are collected at $3/semester (new members do not pay local dues until next year)
      • Organization offers newsletters and scholarships
      • Attend the initiation banquet
      • Fill out a personal information sheet which will be included in the banquet program

 

Spring 2005 Banquet

      • Thursday 14th of April @ Nicky’s
      • Social hour starts at 6:30 and eating begins at 7:00 (should be completed around 8pm)
      • Pay for your own meal (approximately $10)
      • The meal will consist of chicken, side dishes, and dessert
      • Honorary member/speaker elected was Dan Talley

 

            Local dues

Dues are $3 per semester or $6 for the entire year.  (New members do not have to pay local dues until next year)  Please pay Megan Buck, our treasurer, at or before our meeting on Mar. 21.  Make checks out to Delta Mu Delta.

 

            Delta Mu Delta Scholarships

There are several scholarships available through Delta Mu Delta.  Applications are available on our website www.clubs.dsu.edu/dmd.  Completed applications must be postmarked by March 1, 2005.

                                     

            Next meeting

Monday March 21st 12:15 in EH105.  We will elect officers and homecoming candidates for next year.  Please bring a canned good for our Easter food pantry donation.
