| About CSA |
| Career Service
Association (CSA) is an organization of staff on campus
that includes the professional, other than faculty and
administrative, as well as the technical, clerical and
labor positions. The Career Service Association on the
campus of Dakota State University is provide to address
the classification, appointment, promotion,
compensation, removal, transfer, and other matters
related personnel management.
In order to better
understand the need and concerns of the Career Service
Staff, the CSA Council was
formed to serve as a communication link between the
staff and administration. The CSA Council strives to provide a network for CSA
members to share their needs and concerns. A CSA employee
from each institution is also elected to serve on the
State Career Service Advisory Council.
