Scholarship Administration
Annual scholarship awards will be reviewed and determined by the
DSU Scholarship Committee.
In the event that a scholarship recipient should leave the
institution and thereby forfeit the scholarship, the funds may
be re-awarded to a qualified employee within the same year if it
is deemed feasible. Funds not awarded and spent, will carry over
to the next year to be awarded consistent with the criteria set
forth herein.
The Donor, or others, may at any time add additional monies,
securities, or other assets, to this annual fund, which, if
acceptable to the Foundation, shall become subject to all the

scholarship fund will in no way alter the spirit or intent of
the original gift. The name of the annual scholarship cannot be
changed without the express written consent of the Donor.
The Donor reserves the right to periodically review these
criteria for
administering the annual scholarship and make suggestions for
change.
